<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Parmi toutes les hépatites virales professionnelles, l'hépatite B reste une affection fréquente et grave, parfois mortelle. Depuis la loi du 18 janvier 1991, la vaccination est obligatoire. Les vaccins actuellement sur le marché, qu'ils soient plasmatiques ou recombinants fabriqués par génie génétique, sont des vaccins efficaces. Pour preuve de cette efficacité, les auteurs présentent les résultats de la vaccination effectuée depuis 1981 dans le cadre du service de médecine du travail du personnel du CHR de Marseille</abstract>
