<abstract displayLabel="Summary">L'utilisation des insecticides organophosphorés s'est considérablement accrue du fait du développement de l'industrie chimique et de la nécessité d'augmenter le rendement agricole. Le but de ce travail est la mesure de l'activité cholinestérasique sur le sang total, les érythrocytes et le plasma chez des personnes supposées ne pas être exposées aux pesticides et chez des manipulateurs de fénitrothion 500g/l et des personnes utilisant à la fois un organphosphoré (fénitrothion 250g/l) et un pyréthrinoïde (fenvalérate 50g/l). La variation de l'activité cholinestérasique a une influence sur le métabolisme lipoprotéique</abstract>
