<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Nous rapportons une observation d'aspergillose broncho-pulmonaire allergique (A.B.P.A.) d'origine professionelle. Il s'agit d'un patient agriculteur non asthmatique qui a présenté durant les périodes d'ensilage de maïs des manifestations respiratoires aigües, associées aux critères d'A.B.P.A.. La mise en évidence de concentrations importantes de spores aspergillaires au niveau des prélèvements atmosphériques sur le lieu du travail explique cette A.B.P.A., survenant chez un patient sans antécédents bronchiques</abstract>
