The Problems of Y2K

The problems of Y2K have not gone away despite it being 2001. The issue of insurers being liable ofr the costs of Y2K remediatin expenses is still on-going and there are a number of lawsuits still being decided. But according to Conning & Co., not only are billions of insurance industry dollars are at stake in these lawsuits, "these cases may be a sign that future litigation will focus on property lines of insurance"
