<abstract>En cette année 2003, déclarée année européenne du handicap, les missions de maintien dans l'emploi revêtent une importance majeure. Dans une situation sociale instable, le salarié se voit confronté à un problème d'emploi qu'il n'a généralment pas anticipé. A ses inquiétudes premières quant à son état de santé s'ajoute la difficulté à envisager son devenir dans l'entreprise. Information, formation, mobilisation interne, dialogue social constituent autant de leviers à activer afin que, derrière le handicap, la richesse propre à chaque individu ressurgisse. Pour l'entreprise, celle-ci se traduit en termes de compétences</abstract>
