<abstract>La Constitución de 1978 es la piedra angular del entramado jurídico vigente en España desde que se instauró la democracia, abarcando todos los aspectos de la vida de los españoles. Los temas económicos centrales de Economía y Hacienda se sitúan en el Título VII (artículos 128 al 136). En este trabajo se ofrece un comentario de cada uno de los nueve artículos que componen el Título VII, poniendo de relieve su clara importancia para el desarrollo económico</abstract>
