<abstract>Marruecos y España  comparten el objetivo de crear un Mediterráneo occidental integrado, donde ambos países desempeñan un papel de primer plano, respectivamente en el seno del Magreb y de la Unión Europea. La colaboración entre la Guardia Civil y la Gendarmería Real marroquí es fruto de una voluntad deliberada de  privilegiar y concretar iniciativa de cooperación e intercambio en el interés bien comprendido de ambos países</abstract>
