<abstract>La tecnología de seguridad desarollada en el Fórum de Barcelona se ha basado en el desarrollo de un "Programa de Seguridad Electrónica" en el que se integran las distintas acciones a realizar, con unos objetivos y criterios que garantizasen una correcta implantación de las necesidades identificadas. El Programa de seguridad se ha desarrollado en tres etapas básicas: estudio, diseño e implantación</abstract>
