<dc:description xml:lang="es">Sumario: This paper aims to help shape better understanding of the current state of religion in Spain, as viewed from a standpoint of political sociology and culture. He proposes an ecclesiastical strategy which he feels is the most appropiate one to apply to a specific interpretation of  Christianity. Through analysis of the social and religious comportment of the Spanish Church hierarchy. This enables him to give a critical explanation of his own understanding of the Church and propose a different sort of vision of the state of religion in Spain.</dc:description>
