<abstract>Surge la cuestión de qué tratamiento ha de darse a la oferta de liquidación del siniestro dirigida por el asegurador a su asegurado, cuando tal oferta se produce durante el proceso liquidativo de tal siniestro pero con anterioridad a su finalización, es decir, en todo el nebuloso proceso en el que el siniestro acaece, es comunicado, se recaba información sobre el mismo y se practican las oportunas operaciones periciales. ¿Estamos ante un reconocimiento indubitado por parte del asegurador de cobertura de siniestro?. ¿Queda vinculado el asegurador por tal oferta, no puediendo rechazar posteriormente el siniestro en caso de que la oferta no sea aceptada?</abstract>
