<abstract>En el presente artículo se hace constancia de que las empresas de trabajo temporal no quedan exoneradas de indemnizar a los trabajadores que suministra a la empresa usuaria cuando estos sufren accidentes de trabajo en esta, siempre que concurra una infracción de un deber preventivo suyo y que el mismo resulte decisivo en la producción del accidente o de sus consecuencias lesivas. Igualmente existe la posibilidad de imposición del recargo de prestaciones de seguridad social recogido en el artículo 123 de la Ley General de Seguridad Social</abstract>
