<abstract>La protección de la información es un elemento imprescindible en el campo de los negocios. Gracias a las nuevas tecnologías, el almacenamiento de los datos en soportes electrónicos supone una gran ventaja de almacenaje, análisis, transferencia y distribución, pero también implica un riesgo frente al delito informático. El libre acceso a la información, la difamación, la destrucción de redes... son los peligros en los que una organización puede verse afectada, debido al vacío legal existente. La ampliación de coberturas en este campo, y la normalización de jurisdicciones son tareas pendientes para organizaciones, empresas y legisladores</abstract>
