<abstract>El Mercado Alternativo Bursátil es un sistema organizado de negociación autorizado por el Gobierno y regulado por lo previsto en el art. 31.4 de la vigente Ley del Mercado de Valores. El objetivo básico es ofrecer un sistema organizado de contratación, liquidación, compensación y registro de operaciones que se efectúen sobre valores e instrumentos emitidos o referidos a entidades de reducida capitalización, otros valores e instrumentos que, por sus especiales características, requieran un régimen singularizado  y acciones y otros valores de Instituciones de Inversión Colectiva</abstract>
