<abstract>Se trata de realizar un análisis de las cooperativas de seguros en el Derecho español, para lo cual se estudia no sólo la legislación en materia de seguros que regula estas sociedades junto con las mutuas de seguros, sino también las regulación que sobre estas cooperativas se encuentra en las distintas leyes autonómicas de cooperativas.</abstract>
