<abstract>Ante la necesidad de promover comportamientos éticos dentro de cualquier organización, la dirección de personal debe asumir la responsabilidad de tomar la iniciativa y dar ejemplo con algunas de sus funciones más decisivas: selección y evaluación. Cabe tener en cuenta aspectos innatos de los candidatos como su escala de valores, tipo de motivación o misión personal antes de que formen parte de la organización</abstract>
