<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En un entorno económico lleno de dificultades, con decrecimiento de PIB y ralentización del consumo, el seguro afronta un ejercicio 2009 en el que las entidades, lejos de esperar crecimientos del negocio, deberán centrarse en mantener sus carteras, reforzar la fidelización del cliente y vigilar estrechamente sus costes ante un mercado más competitivo y con menores márgenes. Como es habitual en la jornada, se presentaron los primeros datos del sector al cierre de 2008, que si bien muestran un comportamiento aceptable, no deben ocultar el "complicado" año que se espera</abstract>
