<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las prestaciones médicas y las tareas de prevención del sistema han mejorado. Y hoy se están reparando con sumas más elevadas los casos de daño permanente. Sin embargo, paradójicamente, las reformas introducidas en 2012, que mejoraron aspectos centrales del régimen, no frenaron la ascendente cantidad de juicios contra el sistema. Según el Superintendente de Riesgos del Trabajo se ha llegado a una instancia en la cual la Justicia no garantiza igualdad de derechos ante la ley porque existe una muy amplia disparidad de criterios entre los distintos juzgados </abstract>
