<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las Insurtech se han convertido en el aire fresco que necesitaba el seguro y deben ser su apoyo para alcanzar el éxito en la excelencia, especialmente en aspectos como la experiencia de cliente, reducción de costes, distribución o búsqueda de la eficiencia. Su principal problema es la regulación aunque también cuenta con otros como el choque cultural que representan. Se convierten también en la kryptonita que el seguro necesita para afrontar una de sus amenazas más importantes: las GAFA.</abstract>
