<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La llegada del Covid ha roto esquemas, ha acelerado procesos y ha traído un nuevo paradigma en el entorno laboral. El teletrabajo entró apenas sin llamar tanto en las compañías como en los brókers con el fin de preservar la salud de empleados y clientes. Algunas organizaciones ya llevaban un tímido recorrido; otras, han tenido que adaptarse en tiempo récord. Pero, en general, el sector se siente orgulloso de la respuesta de mediadores y aseguradoras. Ahora todos se plantean hacia qué modelo hay que evolucionar para dar respuestas a las necesidades que se van presentando.</abstract>
