<abstract>Un estudio realizado por UNESPA viene a demostrar que el "multicontrato" es ya un problema residual. Estima que sólo significan el 7,99 por 100 de los agentes que operan en España. Sin embargo, esta conclusión choca conla percepción que tienen los mediadores en su quehacer diario. Es evidente que las dos visiones pueden estar equivocadas, pero no es posible que ambas estén en lo cierto</abstract>
