<abstract>El coste de los siniestros sufridos por comercios ha experimentado en los últimos años un incremento muy significativo que hace albergar inquietud sobre la evolución futura de esta actividad. Según datos de ICEA, en 2001 el coste medio del siniestro ocurrido en comercios, debido a cualquier causa, experimentó un brusco incremento, en buena parte imputable a la evolución de los robos.
