<abstract>La gran dispersión de las redes agenciales dificulta y encarece el desarrollo de planes de formación por parte de las entidades. Las nuevas tecnologías abren otras opciones que posibilitan el desarrollo del "e-learning". ICEA, junto con siete entidades, ha desarrollado "aulaseguros.com", un ambicioso proyecto de formación "on line".
