<abstract>Mientras que la globalización es consecuencia con el proceso de internacionalización de la economía a nivel mundial, la deslocalización se centra en el desplazamiento de algunas actividades productivas de unos países a otros. Esto sucede porque las empresas y los mercados buscan la eficiencia en costes y porque en la mayoría de los casos la calidad que han encontrado en otros países es igual o superior. La clave, para los autores, está en la formación del capital humano y en la capacidad para centrarse en las competencias clave</abstract>
