<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La Ley de Supervisión entrará en vigor antes de 2012 y recogerá los fundamentos de Solvencia II, que impone nuevos requisitos a las entidades. Los Corredores se muestran desconcertados sobre cómo les afectará y piden a la DGS y a las entidades información transparente para discernir quien cumple con las garantías que se exigen. Así lo han expuesto en el último «Foro Adecose», donde se ha constatado que el mercado blando persistirá en 2010. </abstract>
