<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La producción de un accidente de circulación supone, en múltiples casos. la existencia de daños de diferente tipo y entidad. Entre dichos daños se encuentran los que se producen durante la paralización del vehículo. mientras que transcurre el tiempo en el que es reparado, y para paliar dicho daño se cruzan distintos criterios en orden a su prueba y cuantificación. En este trabajo se trata de analizar los criterios sobre la materia, y sentar unas reglas lo más equitativas posibles. </abstract>
