<dc:description xml:lang="es">Sumario: Este artículo se describen los objetivos que debe tener presentes la Ergonomía para mejorar las condiciones de trabajo, pues de ello derivará una mejora de la calidad de trabajo y un incremento de la productividad. Se centra, este trabajo, en los problemas ergonómicos biomecánicos que dan lugar a las enfermedades traumáticas repetitivas ocasionadas, bien, por fatiga mental, o por fatiga muscular y se exponen, al mismo tiempo, el tratamiento preventivo y curativo de estas enfermedades</dc:description>
