<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El sector Seguros, en los últimos cinco años, ha visto comos se multiplicaban el número de directivas adoptadas por la Comunidad, para  hacer efectivo el "Mercado Interior de los Servicios Financieros". La libertad de establecimiento se traduce en la posibilidad para las Entidades Aseguradoras de la CEE de abrir agencias y sucursales en el territorio de otro Estado miembro en las mismas condiciones que los nacionales de ese Estado</abstract>
