<abstract>Solvencia II puede significar una mucho más amplia intervención administrativa en la gestión de las entidades y, probablemente, una mayor exigencia de recursos, sin que sea fácil apreciar ventajas decisivas en relación con el actual régimen de supervisión. Éste es uno de los criterios que se defiende en este trabajo, que trata de aportar un punto de vista diferencial sobre este comentado proyecto</abstract>
