<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Este artículo revisa la eficacia de las políticas recientes de movilidad urbana implementadas en España para favorecer la descarbonización del transporte. A partir de evidencia empírica nacional e internacional, se muestra que muchas medidas mejoran indicadores específicos, pero tienen un impacto limitado sobre las emisiones cuando no alteran de forma sustancial los incentivos al uso del automóvil. Se discuten los principales trade-offs y sus implicaciones para una descarbonización eficiente.</abstract>
