<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La hipoteca inversa es un producto novedoso en el mercado español, pero con potencia de crecimiento. Óptima mayores acaba de lanzar el "Informe Anual Hipoteca Inversa 2008", en el que se recoge una visión de la situación actual de este producto en España y se presenta una clasificación de entidades que comercializan este producto. Para cerrar, a modo de conclusión, remarca que la hipoteca inversa está llamada a ser una importante cobertura económica y social de la financiación de necesidades económicas del creciente número de jubilados en España.</abstract>
