<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El panorama o situación que han venido mostrando los sistemas financieros y la economía real es una resultante de un proceso histórico-evolutivo que, de acuerdo a los acaecimientos socio-políticos y al propio dinamismo de la economía, ha configurado las transformaciones nacionales e internacionales, en las que interactuán la adopción de estrategias tanto defensivas como ofensivas de los diferentes agentes económicos. La misión que el mercado de capitales ha de cumplir en un sistema económico descentralizado, dadas unas condiciones socio-económicas tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, puede concretarse en proporcionar los fondos necesarios para satisfacer la demanda del sector empresarial, y de los inversores en general, en plazo y precios adecuados</abstract>
