<abstract displayLabel="Summary">EL debate sobre el futuro de las pensiones ha saltado a la palestra, produciendo desasosiego en amplias capas de la sociedad. En 1990, fue la OCDE la que diagnosticó que los países industriales no podrán pagar las pensiones en el futuro como consecuencia del envejecimiento de sus poblaciones. En 1994, fue el ministro de Economía el que afirmó que los que ahora estaban entrando en el mercado de trabajo no tenían aseguradas las pensiones y, como es natural, cundió la alarma en la población</abstract>
