<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Se anuncia la reforma del Seguro de Decesos, el único afectado directamente por la "Ley Omnibus", que ha entrado en vigor el 27 de diciembre de 2009. Su verdadera denominación es Ley 25/2009, que modifica diversas leyes para su adaptación a la Ley sobre Libre Acceso a las Actividades de Servicios y su Ejercicio (BOE, 23 de diciembre). Por otra parte, también está latente en esta Ley, aunque no de manera explícita, el seguro de responsabilidad civil profesional, regulado en el artículo 21 (de la Ley 17/2009), en el que se prevé la posibilidad de la exigencia, con rango de Ley, de la suscripción de sguros obligatorios de responsabilidad civil profesional en garantía de terceros</abstract>
