<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El presente artículo se basa en tres reflexiones sobre otros tantos aspectos diferenciales de las obras hidráulicas con respecto al resto de las obras. Son obras que abarcan las especialidades de La PRL, las medidas de seguridad deben tenerse en cuenta finalizada la obra y la mayoría son de carácter público. Las consideraciones que se hacen tienen como propósito incentivar, más si cabe, la seguridad a los responsables de las obras hidráulicas.</abstract>
