Recuerda con cierta nostalgia y mucho humor aquellos años en los que recorría Europa "puerta a puerta" tratando de explicar a las compañías quién era MAPFRE. Es un apasionado de la "aventura internacional" del Grupo, como él la llama, e insiste en la importancia de que se filtre a todos los estamentos de la organización. </abstract>
