<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La última reforma aprobada del sistema público de pensiones en España supone una oportunidad, en el medio y largo plazo, para que la  presencia del seguro de vida como instrumento canalizador del ahorro  se amplíe en su función de complementar las pensiones del Estado. Casi la mitad de las primas de seguros que se recaudan en España corresponden a seguros de vida, que además acumula unos activos gestionados de unos 150.000 millones de euros, sin contar los activos de fondos de pensiones y mutualidades</abstract>
