En esta entrevista -la primera que concede a un medio sectorial- explica las claves del reposicionamiento estratégico que se acaba de presentar y que deja bien claras las apuestas por seguir siendo un grupo asegurador, con carácter global y asociado con la confianza, que, "no lo olvidemos, es la base de la actividad aseguradora". A ello se añaden, prosigue, "nuestros valores conocidos de siempre: solvencia, integridad, vocación de servicio, innovación para el liderazgo y un equipo comprometido, así como un" nuevo enfoque en el cliente "para que se sienta valorado y se de cuenta que para nosotros es mucho más que un comprador"</abstract>
