<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Los reaseguradores destacaron que el mercado local está consolidándose desde la puesta en marcha de las nuevas reglas de juego, en 2011. Sin embargo, todavía transfiere la mayor parte de los riesgos al exterior, fundamentalmente vía retrocesiones. El circuito administrativo y los pagos al exterior hoy son más ágiles que al inicio del sistema. Se augura mucha tranquilidad y calma para el próximo ciclo de renovación de Contratos, el cuarto con el nuevo régimen </abstract>
