<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La norma que regirá la distribución de seguros tiene que estar en funcionamiento antes de que acabe el próximo febrero. Parece que todo sigue sus pasos, pero numerosas cuestiones ofrecen reticencias. Hogan Lovells analiza la norma y concluye que no durará mucho: no por el regulador español, simplemente porque regula aspectos que al doblar la esquina necesitarán una reflexión. Entre ellas, habrá que estudiar si tanta nota informativa vale para algo. Lo explican Joaquín Ruíz Echauri y Virginia Martínez, abogados expertos en seguro de Hogan Lovells. </abstract>
