<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La irrupción tecnológica y los avances que vienen de su mano están transformando los productos, procesos y negocios tal y como los conocíamos hasta ahora; y la revolución no ha hecho más que empezar. Un ejemplo claro del cambio y lo que viene son los sistemas domóticos, que se estima reducirán la siniestralidad de los Multirriesgos, obligando a las compañías a adaptarse a un nuevo cliente mucho más informado y con mayores prestaciones a su alcance, que reclama un servicio y atención más personalizado y acorde a unas necesidades concretas. Habrá que rediseñar la oferta de productos. Pero ¿están ya iniciando el proceso de adaptación las compañías? ¿a qué retos tendrán que hacer frente?</abstract>
