<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El seguro de responsabilidad civil constituye una cobertura frente a la obligación de indemnizar a terceros por daños ocasionados en el ejercicio de una actividad, siempre y cuando el asegurado sea considerado civilmente responsable de dichos daños. Protege tanto a particulares, empresas y profesionales frente a la actuación negligente en el ejercicio de sus actividades o de su vida diaria y por aquellos por los que se considerase responsable, que resulte en daños a terceros, ante los cuales deben responder</abstract>
