<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El 8 de octubre de 2018, la Academia Sueca de Ciencias y el Banco Nacional de Suecia, otorgaron el Premio Nobel de Economía a los estadounidenses William Dawbney Nordhaus y Paul Michael Romer por integrar los estudios sobre el cambio climático y las innovaciones tecnológicas en el análisis macroeconómico. En el presente trabajo se estudiarán sus vidas profesionales, sus trabajos y los méritos que les han llevado a alcanzar el Premio Nobel, sobre todo sus aportaciones dentro del análisis del crecimiento económico, la innovación y el medio ambiente.</abstract>
