<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La LPRL (Ley 31/1995) obliga al empresario a evaluar, de forma continuada y con las herramientas idóneas disponibles, los riesgos que puedan afectar a la seguridad y a la salud de los trabajadores, y otros ocupantes (visitas, subcontratas, etc.), en los edificios e industrias, reduciendo los riesgos a valores aceptables. </abstract>
