<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las condiciones económicas en el país han mejorado en los últimos años. Sin embargo, el desarrollo estará limitado por la incertidumbre derivada de la propagación del COVID-19, que ha forzado al país a imponer una cuarentena obligatoria y restricciones a los viajes. Adicionalmente, Colombia depende de los sectores de hidrocarburos y minería, lo cual genera vulnerabilidad a cambios en los precios y en la demanda mundial de materias primas. Para el segmento de seguros, los plazos para el pago de pólizas se están extendiendo y las compañias están ofreciendo beneficios adicionales, como descuentos, para mitigar la disminución prevista en el volumen de negocio.</abstract>
