<dc:description xml:lang="es">Sumario: On 11 March 2020, the World Health Organisation declared COVID-19 a pandemic. Since then, most of the world has been in some form of lockdown, from which some countries have only now begun to emerge. At the point of writing, the number of cases worldwide exceeds 13m, with almost 600,000 deaths. Official statistics indicate that UK COVID-19 deaths are more than 50,000, with excess deaths at 62,500 as of 26 June. Both the pandemic and its economic impacts are far from over.</dc:description>
