<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La disrupción sin precedentes del mercado requiere en la actualidad que las empresas revisiten y transformen los procesos económicos financieros así como las estructuras organizativas. Del mismo modo, las previsiones deben ser más ágiles y continuas mediante la puesta en marcha de modelos de rolling forecast basados en drivers, con impacto directo sobre los estados financieros, evitando asimismo que el ciclo de planificación se alargue más de lo imprescindible. Para elloserá necesario utilizar la tecnología adecuada, y automatizar los procesos lo máximo posible, liberando talento y generando valor dentro de la organización.
