<subfield code="a">This month we examine how digital transformation can enable travel insurance companies to create personalised user experiences, and we look at the innovative opportunities now available. From sales to claims, the industry is changing rapidly. Healthcare quality is difficult to guarantee in remote regions of Asia, and in this issue we look at regulatory challenges, solutions and processes in the region. We also ask whether insurers should be looking for national as well as international accreditation in hospitals, and ask if standards are transparent enough. We look at mental health coverage changes in Australia and New Zealand, and ask whether providers are meeting customer needs when it comes to mental health cover in their policies. We had a fantastic ITIC UK in the UNESCO-listed city of Bath in April, and we review the conference sessions and the networking events in this issue </subfield>
