<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Sentencia del Tribunal Supremo que analiza si la falta de ITV puede excluir la cobertura del seguro tras un incendio en un vehículo asegurado. El tribunal determina que la cláusula invocada por la aseguradora tiene carácter limitativo y, al no haber sido aceptada expresamente por el tomador, no puede aplicarse para denegar la indemnización. Se estima el recurso de casación, se revoca la sentencia anterior y se condena a la aseguradora a abonar la indemnización correspondiente más intereses</abstract>
