This report presents the results of the 5th edition of the Allianz Trade Global Survey, conducted among 6,000 exporting companies across major advanced and emerging economies. It analyzes how firms are adapting their trade strategies amid heightened geopolitical tensions, trade wars, supply-chain disruptions and regulatory fragmentation. The study explores the impact of tariffs, conflicts and sustainability divergence on global trade flows, payment terms and non-payment risks. It highlights structural shifts such as reshoring, diversification of supply chains and the growing role of Asia-Pacific. The report also examines the near-universal adoption of artificial intelligence among exporters and the emergence of a two-speed AI-driven transformation in global trade
