<abstract>En la ponencia se analizan tres cuestiones sobre el seguro a todo riesgo: ¿es real la oferta de un seguro a todo riesgo de daño físico?, ¿son las garantías complementarias verdaderamente un complemento del riesgo principal o en realidad hacen referencia a modalidades asegurativas distintas a aquellas que amparan los riesgos susceptibles de producir un daño físico o material? y ¿qué criterios deben tenerse en cuenta en la contratación de garantía complementaria desde el punto de vista de la gerencia de riesgos?</abstract>
